Truck was intermittently losing media control, climate control, front power windows and air bag light coming on. Did internet search that pointed to corroded terminals at rear of truck specifically the 20 pin connector. Checked all the connectors at rear of truck, cleaned all and isolated corroded ones. Now the problem is no longer intermittent! This truck is a fleet vehicle that was a pickup but now has a deck installed. The passenger font window can be operated from the passenger door only.

Forgot to mention the truck runs and drives with no problem.

Anyone hear of ford harness #hc3z-13a409-j ? Apparently this is available to repair the problems I am experiencing. SSM (special service message) #47981. Says you plug it into C408 and it solves all these problems! This truck has had all the connectors cut off and the tailites and trailer plug are hard wired into the harness. Not sure if this harness is a fix for a problem happening down the road or is supposed to done when the box is removed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
