Correct I had a fleet of IH and that is what I had to do but for me they were local school busses and we cut them back, only our trip busses we left at factory. Drivers used to try and bribe me to set them up to go even faster on the highway. And the new IH program is online only access. My old program was bootleg on the laptop only

has always been very restricted just like a few others and I'll tell you they just want the independent guys out so you must bring it to the dealer, for anything.
I had Insite, Allison, Bandix Acom, Wabco, CAT and before Freightliner bought them D DEC. Now I'm just running software diagnostics and user acceptance testing.

there is a hack for that but if your tracked with gps etc, wont work,
I am always amazed at how the heavy trucks are more streamlined and not pliable.
but I guess it is cuz they are heavy, duh!!
jokes aside they have awesome standalone stuff
I used some of the softwares listed above when I went up north to matemeckosh (still cant spell that damn name right) and the heavy CATS up there were really impressive in the stand alone dept.
you will however need to be familiar with arduino
