I have an auto boss for sale on the down low.

Last update was I think 2011/2012.

Great for europe cars, very good for asian, very above average on the american side.

It is a complete kit, the pro kit with the printer and mercedes programing and coding module.

Like new, only the OBD2 adapter seems to have had any use.

The rest of the kit is brand spanking new, just sat there for a few years.

Those who need bi directional, this is a good kit to buy.

Updates are still available just don't know how that works and not interested in knowing as I have my 2019 kit up and running and don't need this kit as a daily go to and want to get rid of it so some one else can get good diag capability on the down low.

All around, very good kit. Even with the obd2 option, has OEM bi directional for most needs, even if you live in afghanistan.:p

Again, if you watched the 17 min video above, very, very bi directional scanner/diag tool.

If anyone is interested, ask for pics and asking price, I will try to make sense of how to ship from canada.

Of note, it also comes with a rare carrying case for shop abuse. Again, the pro kit. This is not the elite kit. It is the pro. Does NOT come with bluetooth vci. I think the newer version v30 vci came out in 2014 and still going for over a grand a pop.

The older version, however more robust is going for 500-600ish for the non pro version. But honestly, I ain't really looking for cash. Just want someone to have a nifty europe thing to fu$k around with. I could sell it for lets 300$, but you will need to spend at least 200$ for an update, and I have no idea how that works.

BTW, it works on a windows environment, not android. SO for those who prefer android, oh well. ;)

It is a battle of sorts right now in this industry and day and age, but this was a very stable windows shell and very pc/laptop compliant for its time. Remember, it does everything for europe and asian. Even those sold in africa to japan to europe to NA. SO for someone who does alot of imports like I do, this is a must.

OK, nuff said, you want it, message, if not, at least tell me your experiences with this kit. I kind of liked it as it was fully functional, but di not like the interface and bulky carrying case and useless printer. But if your into that, it is a full package. But all that is modular and can be used as a simple hand help unit. DOes way more than what any other scanner out there could do at its time.

Production date of unit states end of 2009. Proof to follow.

Haha, lol, some one in china still thinks they are worth 1300$usd. https://www.made-in-china.com/showr...China-Autoboss-V30-Scanner-Original-SPX-.html

Smoke crack lately?

It is a cool machine, way better than a walmart thing. 100 times!!.

If you have a 2011ish car, it will do almost anything a factory oem tool would up 80% depending on make and model.

My autel elite doesn't even come close to the bi directional capability. But for that, I have other scanners and stuff.

But for a small investment, this kit will go along way for trouble shooting. Plus, as long as obd2 is around, this thing doesn't need an update. So live data can be graphed, printed on site/in car etc at time of glitch. ;)

Nick did you ever get rid of it?
money is tight right now
I have a odd assortment of these kind of things and of course the Autels and Genysis, I even still have this, and some others that are all but useless but every now and then something will pop up and one of these saves the day. Can't connect an obd to anything 1994 & 1995 ish and before. Buick was obd 2 in 95.
