Due to an adventure with an ice/snow bank last year several parts in the front had to be replaced. One was the radiator.

I'm stumped as far as finding the fill plug for the transmission. There's no dipstick on this auto trans.

I see the drain plug and I've read elsewhere the fill plug should also be visible.

Did GM use a stealth fill plug on it?

That helps.

The transmission has a black rubber stopper on top instead of the red cap. It's difficult to access. I cleaned and removed that. The inside feels dusty.

From the picture the level check port would be toward the passenger side.

I'll be back under the car once it stops raining. This has been a learning experience, mostly about plastic. I did find out that JB Plastic Bonder works on hard plastic.

Reviews from some said it didn't work. The epoxy doesn't change color when mixed. That makes it tough to tell if it's mixed well. I used a heat gun to gently encourage it.

GM didn't get to sell me expensive plastic parts like the radiator shroud.
