Make this easy for someone to look it up Make Model year eng and tell us what the isssue is ?

NHTSA is useless.
And PIC if I remember is not a TSB prefix.

my first thought was brake flex lines at calipers being bad, DID you change them all - yes or no.

Tell the truth - anyone drive with 2 feet ?

I will look at GM service and see if anything 'jumps at me'

need to discuss with dealer the PIC is now at revision "C" meaning a known issue and what revision did they utilize .
No time to read all 3 to compare.

My 2¢ - PIC was not completely performed, lever or bushings only.

Also I saw a TSB that addressing swapping modules.. short - do not do it.
