By placing an order with Paypal, you agree that you will notify us to
allow us to correct any problems you may have with your order BEFORE
you file a chargeback with your credit card company.
You also agree that should you file a chargeback without first contacting
us, you forfeit your right to file the chargeback and you will be liable
for damages for the chargeback.
We will do everything we can to correct any problem, if you let us know
there is a problem.
By using Paypal to make any purchase from BAT Auto Technical, you accept
these terms, which are legal and binding.

Can I place an order using a personal/business check? |
| When we receive your check (and it clears) or money order, we will process
your order immediately. |
Can I place an order using a company purchase order? |
| BAT Auto Technical is not currently offering a Purchase Order option.
But Companies can
and we will try and make some arragement to accomodate them. |
What are the acceptable payment methods for a C.O.D. order? |

| Order Information |
Once my order is placed on the web site, how long does it take to ship
it? |

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, will usually
ship that same or next day. Orders after 2:00pm, will not be shipped until
the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically
shipped on Monday, if in stock. But allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Canadian residents should allow an additional 5 days.
If any of the products in your order are not in stock, we will notify
you before the order is processed, if an when the product will be in stock.
You will then have the option to remove that product from your order,
continue with the order with that product being back-ordered or cancelling
the order.

How can I check the status of my order? |

To inquire about your order status, tracking number or backorder,
. Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.
Because we use different distributors around the United States, some
tracking numbers may not be immediately available, as some may take up
to 2 days to get the tracking number to us.
Some products may be substituted with a similar product of the same or
greater value.
We will contact you should that happen and you will have the opertunity
to request another product.
Some products may be multiple shipments from different distributors.

Returns:
We want your shopping experience with BAT Auto Technical
to be a pleasant one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase you may return it for full credit.

BAT Auto Technical will not issue credit without a Return
Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued in advance of the return,

product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package

product was not used
The
product is returned within 30 days of receipt

Shipping
charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error

the product was damaged in transit to you notified BAT Auto Technical

Returns
may be charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

and handling charges are not refundable
Consumables
(including clothing and shoes) are not refundable unless returned unused
in
original
packaging.
Custom
orders and books are not returnable
A restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned
in less than new, resalable condition.

| Broken or Defective Tools. |

and we will then let you know if it the tool is under warranty from the
manufacturer or if we cna replace it right away. While we try and make sure
that brokwn or defective tools are replaced immediately, it depends on the
time you have had the product, reason for failure and the manufacturer's
warranty. |
If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed? |

credit card information was invalid, etc. you will receive an email from
a customer service representative. |
If I placed an order on the web, can I change it? |
| If you place an order, it can be changed as long as we have not already
processed the order for shipping. You can

| Warranty Repair and Service Center - Factory Warranties and service handled
through K-Tool. Most air tool and hydraulic repairs done in their Wixom
repair facility. |

Is your web site secure? |
No.
BAT Auto Technical does not have a secure SSL site, which is why we accept
checks or money orders or call you for the credit card information. Or you
may e-mail us and we can make other arrangements for payments that will
suit your needs. |

Do you do International Orders?

We no longer will ship outside of the United States, because of problems
that have occured.
In rare instances, we may ship outside the United States, but it would
have to be pre-approved by us and we would request a signed statement
that we have explained everything that could go wrong, that is not in
our control.
If we do ship to another country, we are not
liable for any taxes, duties or delays by customs.
There are times that packages can be delayed by customs, for whatever
reason they seem fit and we have no control over that. If your package
is delayed by customs, we cannot refund your money for that reason, as
it is out of our control and the package has been shipped.
The only thing we can do in those situations is to provide you with the
Customs Declaration and insurance receipt and have you contact your carrier
(USPS, UPS or FedEx).

30-day guarantee against defective products, batauto.com makes no warranty,
either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of

the products purchased from us.
We retain title to the products until payment in full. If you are purchasing
products for the purpose of exporting them, you should be aware that there
are governmental restrictions that may apply and certain documentation you
must obtain from the federal government before you can export certain products.
In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even
become null and void. batauto.com shall have no liability to you or any
third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential
damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use of or inability
to use the products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly
to replacement, or repair or the value of the products purchased. In the
event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error
or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, batauto.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products
listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and we cancel your order, batauto.com shall immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
