2010 hyundai elantra tires w/nitrogen

my tpms warning light came on. my right front tire is low. since this tire is inflated with nitrogen who can service it? is it ok to top it off with air instead of nitrogen?

yes, but nitrogen is readily available now.

Just curious, do you have alloy or steel wheels?  My Touring with the 17" alloys did the same thing the other day.  The tire was only 2lbs lower than the other three.  Topped it off, no more problem.

And I used 78% nitrogen to fill it.  That would be plain air.

these are steel wheels. I took it in for an oil change and the tire pressure was checked. the pressure varied from 26 to 30 lbs. i was told this sensor is set if the variance between wheels is 4 lbs, which mine was. they topped off the tires and all was well.

my sister in law, who has the same make and model, wasn't as lucky as i was. when this happened to her, she was told she had a warped wheel and it had to be replaced. the wheel replacement was not covered under her 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I guess her wheels were not located between the bumpers

a warped wheel would be covered under the warranty unless it was warped by a curb, pothole, etc.
